Rattle from 2019 EX-L

Listening to your video, sounds like it is the same frequency as the engine. I would check the exhaust from the engine to the tail pipe. Shake the tail pipe and see if you can hear the noise. The exhaust pipe hangs from rubber isolators, and sometime they can get tweaked and cause the tail pipe to hang incorrectly and vibrate against something it shouldn't. I'd start there, sounds to me like it is coming from under the car.

Normally, no, they do not go bad.
However, sometimes a small stone gets in and causes sounds
If the caliper got stuck it would wear faster??
Sometimes the backing plate on the pad will come loose and will squeal or vibrate when using the brakes
Of course, if you do not do this kind of stuff yourself then it can get quite costly to have someone else do the work
Personally, I have a driveway and jack and impact to make looking at the brakes a simple task.
