I have a 2025 Honda CR-V with a damaged front wheel stud. My question:: Can I pull the outer wheel hub containing the damaged stud out of the inner race of wheel bearing with a sliding sledge hammer tool without removing the knuckle from the vehicle?

If you remove the circlip on the back side of the hub you should be able to pull it out. I would use a hub puller and not a hammer.

That said, an entire new hub assembly is under $75.00. Just be careful with your ABS wheel sensor.
