Hi all.. RK here. cool forum. I have lots of questions... I came across a brand new accessary for plate frames - it's an LED Frame that scrolls messages like a ticker. It's customized by a wireless remote.. just very cool for a number of reasons.. wondering if anyone on the forum has seen/has one of these?

I came across a site that promotes them.. I'd like to post the link here just to show how this looks and see if anyone else has experience and/or feedback. Hope that's ok. My main concern (when you see it you'll understand) is if it will be considered legal or not.. I gather it's so new no one probably knows. I live in New York State and they're pretty srtrict with aftermarket products and anything that's not considered "standard" and stock.
I've already been told they are most likely NOT legal here in New York, however most accessaries ie: window tint, dealer name frames, etc: are not (technically legal here so maybe it's not so much an issue......
