650XL 1996 - won't start
Any expertise would be welcome. Thanks in advance.
I have a 1996 Honda XL. It fell down on the left side and slightly cracked left crank case cover. I bought a new one and put it on following instructions in manual. Went to start and discovered my battery was not holding a charge (also got a "clonk" sound). I put a new battery in. When I hit the start button, I still get a "clonk" coming from the battery area and nothing happens.
Advice welcome.
