Had the car for two months, love it, except one small exception, the horn is awful. I know the car's intent was to be light in weight, but I have had people laugh at it. The car neeps some respect! Would love to swap it out for a Honda Pilot horn or similar, maybe even the Civic horn is better.

Any thoughts out there? Lots for room in the engine compartment, suspect electrical is the concern. Thanks.

 

welcome to the forum. Looking at many other sites, it appears the horn on the insight has been change to an accord, Fit, for stronger sound. diyhonda.com has a video on the change. does not mention anything of electrical except short wires.
