Default 2016 - Car won't start, gauges jitter

I'm posting a video of our attempts to start our 2016 Pilot this morning. We have been receiving a few random, phantom sensor issues the last month or so. Now the stuff in the attached video is going on.

If it's the ECU / ACM unit, is this something I can replace myself or does it need to be programmed, etc. I have tools and can probably figure it out as long as I don't have to worry about programming it or whatever. If it's not that, what do you guys here think it could be?

welcome to the forum. take this a step at a time. are the battery and connections clean and secure, is the battery old or newer, turn the head light on and see if they are strong. check all the fuses inside and under the hood for condition and are good. using a volt meter or light tester where there is a clip on ground and the other tip is a sharp point. if all is good, see if you can jump start the pilot. ( check to see the oil level is correct before starting)

It is difficult to tell what is going on in the video.
Can you describe what is going on?
Foot on the brake and push to start button
Engine cranks but does not start?

Was any testing done?
What is battery voltage before crank and during crank?
Check for spark? Check for fuel? Injector pulse?
Air filter clean? Oil level? ETC?
