Does anyone have any experience with a product called CATACLEAN? It is a fuel and exhaust system cleaner. My wifes 16 Pilot is throwing codes P0430, P0420, P219A and P219B.

Be prepared to but a cat.

 

Cataclean will not clear up those DTCs. You have two codes for cats. Would suspect the O2 sensors (upstream are not functioning properly) Which is also cause an imbalance with the air/fuel ratio. Would also search for a vacuum leak. Taking in too much un-metered air. Or even possible the fuel injectors are stuck open?
