Recently began to notice a groaning type sound when turning the steering wheel when car is at a stop. Such as when turning out of a parking spot. Nothing when car is moving. 2021 Special Edition, only about 10k miles. Did not notice before. Any one else hear this?

 

welcome to the forum: possible power steering system due to the vehicle is under warranty you may want to take it to Honda to diagnose and fix under 36k or 3 year warranty.
