Hello all,

I'm new to this forum, I bought New Honda Pilot EX (Navigation and Rear Entrainment) on 2020 and recent month started getting serious issues on screen switch of restart. I dropped to dealer many times to fix the issues ( so far 4 attempts) and they can't fix the issue and suggested me to log case request with honda.
I logged Case request with Honda and they are gathering all information from dealer to check, I'm requesting the replacement car since this one is brand new (less than 5000 k) miles.
I lost the hope on this CAR, and not sure when the screen stop working. Honda also suggesting if they can't process replacement vehicle possible I can have option to file against Honda under consumer rights.
Please let me know any one faced same issue
