Default P0161, Cruise control Out, VSA & ABS

Hi, I bought an 07 Pilot with a bad engine. My mechanic put in a JDM engine. We are getting multiple errors : P0161, Cruise control not functioning, and VSA & ABS dash lights. I tried resetting the VSA and ABS lights by jumpering the #9 and 4 leads and pushing the brake pedal trick, as well as grounding the #9 and pushing the vsa button a couple of times. The ABS light did as it should during the reset, but the VSA and ABS warning light comes back on when restarting. I looked up the fuse (#6 on the driver's side) and this fuse controls all of problem areas that I'm having, but it's not blown. Also, the other things that it is a fuse for all work fine. I'm thinking there must be a common wiring connector that is not attached correctly or grounded, but I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for this. Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Ted
