I hit a pole in a parking garage and broke the mirror off a 2016 pilot. The camera and wiring still look good and work. I think can I do the replacement myself, but I'm confused about replacing the camera.

If I buy one of the mirror kits, can I remove the camera from the old mirror and stick it in the new one, or is it best to buy the whole assembly from Honda?

If I go the aftermarket route do you guys have any suggestions for a good replacement?
