Default Max trailer tongue weight

I am looking at a Ridgeline but need to know what the max tongue weight is. I have talked with a couple of dealerships but have not gotten the same answer twice. I am towing a 6.5 x 10 single axle trailer with a Honda Big Red on it. Total weight of trailer & SxS is bumping 2500 lbs maybe 2600 but it is very tongue heavy. ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE MAX TONGUE WEIGHT IS FOR A RIDGELINE? Thanks Daniel

Sorry, but can't help with the RL tongue weight maximum spec. Can you move your trailer axle forward on the frame?

I need to KNOW what the max tongue weight is before I do anything. I put the rig on some public scales yesterday and found out what the tongue weight actually is but since I have no idea what max is for the RL I may just look at something else. Thanks Daniel

Well, I talked to a dealership today that gave me some figures as to max tongue weight for the 2wd version, 420 lbs. That is the 2nd dealership with that figure but neither could give me figures for the AWD so based on the information I now have The Honda RL is out of the picture.
