Default Misfire Codes

I have a 2007 Honda Ridgeline with 140,000 miles. A while ago the engine light came on and I checked the codes and I had four of them. P0172, P0300, P0301 and P0302, which are fuel system too rich on bank 2, random multiple misfires and misfires on cylinders 1 and 2. It seemed to be running fine and after a couple of days the engine light went off. A week later the engine light came on again but this time is was just cylinders 1, 3 and 4 that misfired (no fuel mixture too rich code). Again, a couple days later the light went off and came back on several days later and this time it was cylinders 1, 2 and 4 and the VTM-4 light came on and the engine light is flashing.

I have checked the plugs and they look fine look fine, and I reset the gap on them. The coils seem to be firing and I ran a couple of tanks of ethanol free gas through it. Since the misfires seem to be moving around and only cylinder 1 was common to each time the engine light came on, I'm wondering what to check next. Any suggestions?
