Talking Side View Mirror lowering in reverse

In our new home we have a driveway that is quite steep. When selecting reverse the driver side view mirror lowers down. So; when backing into the drive and then the garage I cannot see where I would like.
Is there a way to disable the lowering feature on the side view mirrors when backing?
Thanks for any help that anyone can provide.
I do love my 2020 Ridgeline and am just trying to make it better.

welcome to the forum. the Honda Tech advised me to place the switch for the mirrors to center, nothing should happen when put into reverse.

Put the mirror adjustment selector switch in the center position.
