Default Spark Plugs

Good morning. I'm going to change the plugs in my 2010 RTL today. The question I have is the dealer wants $32 per plug for plug # 12290-R70-01. I see the same NGK plugs on line for $16. I don't mind paying the OEM price, but is there a difference in the materials? Thx for your replies.

Thx,
