When I run the heat in the car as I live in the NE, I'm hearing clacking/engagement noise when watched. .
When I turn on the cars heater, and open the hood to watch, I could see/hear, the ac/heat compressor? clicking or engaging as some may call it to the point of staring a it and just hearing it cycle so frequently??
I have AC, I have heat, I just got the car for son so still within car warranty from lemon law if need be.

• Anyone else have this noise/frequency? there are no error codes when scanned.
• Is there a maintenance item or fluid related to it I should watch or immediately change to assure no issues related to it?

My 2007 CRV will cycle the cooling fans regardless of the engine temp.
If you have defrost on then the AC will cycle on and off
Don't know if that is your noise??

 

Thanks, it appears to click with the cycling a bit excessive to say the least in my estimation.
I've succumb to theirs no leaks, it all works, I'm just going to ride it out?
