Default 1999 crv transmission leak?

Girlfriends 1999 2.0L CRV has a slow transmission on the passage side. I've replace the axle seal on that side twice now and it's still dripping. I've checked for loose bolts, the cooler lines and the dipstick seal and all of them are fine. Seems to be coming from around the CV axel but can't tell where it's coming from excatly. Possible crack somewhere or something that I'm not thinking of? Anyone got a idea?

Have you checked the power steering pump? Do you have the repair manual? It can be really useful for diagnosing and correcting problems.

Yes I've checked the power steering pump and everything is fine. I do not have a repair manual unfortunately.

Ive had a LOT of customers come to us with a similar situation over the years.. Are you using Genuine Honda Axle seals?

Are there any noises coming from the transmission or other issues?

Yes. I've used the honda axle seals. And the axle leak has seemed to have stopped. Today I discovered that there was a hair line crack just next to the dipstick, that was causing the remaining transmission field I was finding too seap out. It only would leak when driving and under pressure.
