Default 2002 CR-V Code: P0341

Poor student needs HELP: 2002 CR-V - 300,000 km, ALWAYS synthetic, every 5,000 km (Excessive, I know).

Suddenly running rough and missing. CR-V threw a P0341 code.

This comes after I cleaned out the IMRC, replaced the runner control valve, and an ignition coil. I suspected timing, so I had a mechanic take over from here; I've done a few chains and I now live on a boat, so no space for that kind of job in a parking lot.

Timing skip confirmed: mechanic replaced timing chain, sprockets, tensioners, water pump, crank seal, serp belt.

Still throwing P0341 code.

Replaced cam sensor.

Still throwing P0341 code.

We are kind of stuck now, and I don't want to replace sensors *****-nilly. Has anyone here had a similar experience? I am thinking about ordering this:

This is my first time posting here, and any help is really appreciated.

Thank you
