Other things that can create the noise you recorded could be;
Vacuum leak
Intake leak
Exhaust leak
Coolant expansion from a radiator cap.
and even something as simple as a poorly seated/damaged air filter gasket.

Obviously I’m guessing so all I can recommend is that you keep looking. Maybe find/improvise a way to record while motoring about from different locations under the hood/bonnet.

Thanks, yeah I put it up on jacks, spum the wheels up to 30-40mph and it's quiet... Driving it out of the garage 10-15mph loud as day lol.

I'll have to keep searching.

Should keep in mind that sometimes the wheel bearings will not make noise unless loaded by weight and speed. But, it will heat up. With a infrared thermal thermometer, you can check the temp of the wheels to see if it heated up. Or just put you hand near each wheel to see which is hotter.

Wouldn't be the brakes cause that would make noise regardless of the wheels being under load unless something was rubbing?? Wouldn't be the engine??
