P0420 and P0303 codes

Anyone run into these 3 lights all coming on at the same time before?

 

Would be helpful if you divulged what vehicle (MY, Trim/Engine)

Generally, it sounds like you might have a fuel injector issue however the “steering wheel” light is a mystery and the stability control light is not related to the DTC’s.

A blinking CEL means stop the engine immediately. So is your V parked or already in the shop?

 

2012 CRV EXL 2.4L

It's parked, I've already replaced both 02 sensors (twice), both cats and the P0420 code remains. Replaced the MAF, I installed 4 new injectors but 2 of them started misfiring right off the bat so I don't know if I got 2 bad ones or if it was something with the car. I put the old ones back in and it went back to only 1 cylinder misfiring.

I've considered maybe it was a voltage issue as on other vehicles when the cluster lights up like a Christmas tree that's usually the problem. This weekend I'm installing a different alternator and another set of new injectors. I'm also going to do a compression test. I checked the valve adjustment and all is good there. I had swapped coils from my 2013 crv and that didn't change anything. Maybe a dirty fuel filter?

 

Interesting. Normally I would ask if you are using knock off parts from Amazon, EBay or alike however since you replaced the O2 sensors and Cat and the P0420 remains I would think that your issue resides upstream.

Is Cyl 3 sparking?

Edit: Checking your fuel pressure would be a good way to check.
