Default air pressure from oil filler opening

My 2litre petrol CRV has a lot of air coming out when i open the oil filler cap while the engine is running. The motor does not burn oil at any excessive rate.
Is this high pressure ok ? does it indicate worn rings? i get about 7.4l/100km average fuel consumption.

yes the high pressure coming out of the oil filler cap is piston ring bypass. check to make sure the pvc is not clogged and get ready for replacing or overhauling the engine. as long as its running good keep it running.
