I had a gearbox repair under warranty in March of this year - 5th gear was the problem. I now have a recurrence but this time it’s low gears - 1st and 2nd. AA mechanic who attended my breakdown thought the gearbox should have been replaced in March rather than stripped down for individual part repair. Now Honda say it’s a driver initiated fault involving the clutch and it’s a nearly £2k repair. Any similar experiences or advice out there? Car is 1.6 diesel CR-V - 16 plate.
