Default how to fix this

I was changing the spark plugs on my 2004 Honda CRV. When two of the clips from the wire harness to the coil packs broke. Can I replace this wire harness or repair it? I went to my Honda dealer and they told me I had to buy a entire harness for the engine compartment? What can I do?
thanks
Jerry

if it is the clips to the coil pack, you might try to repair them if you have the mech skill to do so. if not you might look into a good used harness.
