Default Engine wire harness

need some help guys, I have a bad *** dunebuggy (side by side) that I’m doing an engine swap on. I bought a 2002 accord F23A1 for it. That motor came with an automatic transmission. I’m buying an manual transmission for it, is the engine wire harness for the automatic the same as the one for the manual? If not any idea which harness will work? Thanks

Your post is confusing a little.
So u have a side-by-side that you are taking the motor out of and putting in the the honda or putting the motor from the car into the side-by-side?????

I bought the F23A1 with automatic transmission to put in the buggy. I want it to me manual so I’m going to buy a manual transmission to attach to the F23. I need to buy a wire harness and can’t find one for the F23 with a manual transmission. Will the wire harness for the F23 w/ auto trans work?

I believe you will need a new harness as well as an ECU computer.
