Exclamation LKAS and Front Collision Detection system Warning / Problem

Hello Friends,
I am new to this forum. I hope everyone is doing good.
I have tried to install Front Parking Sensors (Generic) in my Honda CRV 2018 EX. Just drilled small 4 holes in the Front bumper (after taking it off) as per instructions and routed the cables of the sensors carefully not obstructing the Front Radar Existing area etc.
I have not activated those sensors yet. I have yet to complete the installation. No Electrical connections etc. yet. But after that I have started getting this LKAS issue and Front Collision Detection system Warnings popping up randomly and getting away. I have to turn Lane assist manually now whenever I get this Warning.

Does anyone have any idea why this happening?

Thanks in Advance.
Sabby
