Default opinions on Service please

We have a 2015 CRV we bought in 2019 with 13700 miles on it. Currently has 21000. Just took it in for an oil change and of course Honda is trying to get me to do a Transmission and Rear differential fluid change also based on the age of the car. But I am looking at the milage and thinking BS am I wrong? Do the fluids degrade if the vehicle isn't driven a lot?

Drive it. They are not needed if everything is tight and no leaks.
