Exclamation Problem with daytime running lights

HI, I have a 2015 CRV that has recently developed a problem with the daytime running lights.
Last week, I had to replace my main headlight bulb on the driver's side. Of course that's an easy fix but at the same time I noticed the daytime running light on that same side was not working. The passenger side DRL works just fine.
As part of my troubleshooting, I removed both fuses (under the hood fuse box and under the dash fuse box) for the DRL BUT the passenger side DRL is still on.

So I have 2 questions..
How can the passenger DRL still be on after I removed both fuses?
How do I fix the broken DRL on the driver's side?
Thanks.

Is anybody going to give me an answer to this? I posted this question 7 days ago and I haven't received a single response. If this isn't a good place to go to for answers about Honda cars, please redirect me to a place that I can go to.
Thanks

You can get the factory info here.
I can probably get it from one of the guys at iAtn but that may take a couple days.
If you want me to get it I'll need the vin.

When I went to that link, my model isn't listed in the dropdown menu.
