Default Rear trim bolt cover?

My wife went to a car wash and had damage done to her back gate that the place refused to pay for repairs. Trying to go the cheap route to fix it and cannot figure out for sure what goes over the nut and bolt at the edges of the trim piece. Part #74890-T1W-A71. I think it is part# 90308-SZW-003, however I want to be completely sure.
Apologies for the filthy car she has not been back to the wash since the incident and its pollen season here. The remains of black plastic was my only clue something was there.

Speaking of clues, at least you know what Model/Year the subject vehicle is.

And a photo a bit further away would be helpful as well.

I don't respond until the basics are covered.

Default Sorry everyone

2015 CRV

Thought when I input the model and year on my profile it would show up under the name. I got some more pictures.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just need to know what part to buy since I know something covers the bolt and slots into the trim

Default Nuts

Looks like you found the culprit. IPB reads that you need 5 to hold the garnish.

Thank you so much. I had narrowed it down to that one but I wanted to be sure before I bought parts I couldn't return. I really appreciate the help!
