2018 CRV
The first time the dealer used DW-!ATE, this time they used HCF-2. But, the service guy was being kind of strange. So I'm wondering if there is a difference and if it matters

welcome to the forum. according to Honda, the 2018 cr-v supposed to be using the HCF-2 fluid, yellow in color, also having the HCF-2 fill plug lable. And check your owners manuel. you can also call Honda and give your vin nbr and they will verify which fluid you should be using.
