Default Wheel fitment

Will 2017 Subaru Outback wheels and tires (225/60/18) fit a 1999 crv? I believe lug pattern is same just not sure of offsets and backspaceing and if 18 will clear. any help appreciated.
thanks.

welcome to the forum. according to tire rack, the tire 22/60/18 should fit the 99 cr-v, the rim for the 17 subaru bolt pattern is 5x114,3 mm. vs crv bolt pattern is 5x115mm. bolt pattern seems close to the eye, but a little off.

If you get a chance to test fit them first, do it. I bought rims for a Jeep Liberty that had the specs to fit, but when I did test fit the spokes of the wheel rubbed the brake caliper. I probably could have shaved the edge of the caliper a bit, but did not want to risk messing with the structural integrity of the caliper.
