Vehicle was running fine. After coming out of a store it would not start. Battery is good. Had the starter tested at a shop and it is good. The relay tests good, and clicks when ignition is cycled on.
There is no 12v constant getting to the relay. There is 12v going to other components in the fuse box, so that does have power. Any suggestions?
