would it be worth it to swap a fresh k20 type r engine with standard bolt ons in a gsr integra or should i just rebuild the gsr and put either itr internals or upgraded....wats everyones opinion?

 

the k20 engine for a swap is 2500+ might be less cost to mod your stock engine. If money is no object, the swap makes the car powerful 200 stock, turbo or supercharger goes to 300+ hp.

 

well would it be worth it yes and no. yes if money is no option, and bc well its a k20!!!! its just a great motor.

but if money is gonna be an issue then no! the k20 swap into a dc2 is far too much work and money to bother with the swap.
with the money u could spend on that swap u could build the gsr and make more power than spending the money paying for the swap or takin the time to do it yourself

 

i wil agree.. keep the motor you have now.. k series motor are over rated and they are not as good as everyone thinks.. this is a great company for starting the rebuilding of your motor you have now www.skunk2.com
