v tec wiring harness

Default v tec wiring harness

i was lookin to buy a 1995 civic with a mini me swap in it and i was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the car not running bc there was not a vtec wiring harness. thouhg the guy said that i could pin the non vtec wiring harness to the ecu. how hard would that be to do?

a friend of mine did the mini-me swap a couple months back, and he didnt have any troubles with not starting, his v tec still is not hooked up...check into it before u buy...

yea man its not the vtec not wired up check your fuses but to wire the vtec its not to hard its only a cople of wires and a cople of pin connecters from radioshack there are diagrams all over the internet depending on the ecu you have!

^^^ Definitely true. Could be a siezed bearing or just a connector loose.Check the codes. A car will tell you alot about itself if you just take a few minutes and listen. It wants to run. Running is its natural place, its home. Help it go home.
