Default 2001 Honda AC fan not blowing

All of the lights are functioning as normal, but no fan when I adjust the fan speed with the climate control dial.

I can turn the AC on and off as well as set the air to circulate in the cabin, but the fan will not turn on (the 3 lower horizontal buttons).

I took it to a shop initially and they told me the climate control unit needed to be replace, so I purchased a used replacement.

When I installed it, I had the same results.

So either something else is wrong OR the replacement unit is also bad.

I am by no means a mechanic, but would like to know if anyone else has a suggestion on what might be wrong before I take it in and spend $400 to fix it.

Thanks!

could be the blower moter itself could be just a blown fuse or maybe even a blockage in the fan. check the filter see if theres a rodent nest in there it happened to me before.
