2013 Ridgeline trailer wiring

Bought a 2013 Ridgeline yesterday. It has a factory hitch. I have the original purchase sticker with options. One of the listed options is “wired for trailer harness.” I don’t see any plugs or connectors at the bumper, inside the bumper or anything to plug into under the rear of car. Spoke to E-trailer and they suggested a $50 harness that I have to T into the tail light. Seems to me if Honda says it came equipped “wired for trailer harness “ that I shouldn’t have to tap into the trailer lights. I’m sure some of you Honda owners have ran into this.

welcome to the forum. I don't know where it is located, but if you can get a hold of a service manual for your ridgeline, you may be able to locate the harness and where it comes out. ill see if I can find one on line.
