2017 Honda Civic dead battery issues

My son has a civic, battery went completely dead. Now it cranks but won’t start, key fab won’t work. The dash says check charging system. Please help

welcome to the forum. check the fob battery, do a load test on the battery to see the condition and clean the battery terminals. make sure you have the radio code before battery disconnect.

Welcome in,Auto Zone will check the battery for you and if need be replace it for you. You can replace the fob battery yourself. Good luck.
