90,000 Recommendations for '02 Accord & '05 Civic
Hi, I have a 2002 Accord Coupe and a 2005 Civic LX Coupe, both with just over 90,000 miles and running great. All I've ever done to them is change the oil and filters and rotate the tires. I'm looking to get some PM done to get a few more good years out of both.
Looking for recommendations on what to do, and approximately how much I should expect to pay. (I know I can read the factory recommendations, but I'm looking for some real answers.) I can't find a good comprehensive thread with this type of info.
I'm thinking:
-Replace timing belt and water pump
-Replace spark plugs (what kind should I use?)
-Flush transmission and brake fluid
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, your list is good, You can go to register for free on the honda site and it will have a list of items that Honda reccommends. At your milage, I had honda do the service, trans, rad, no plugs because I had the platinums, the timing belt I waited to 105k+ it cast me est 438.00 in 04. The car now has 200k+ and my son and I do all the mx. We still use the mobil1 5-20 oil syn, runs great. You can do a lot of the work yourself
