Default '93 Honda Accord start problem

I have a '93 Honda Accord with 130,000 miles. It will cold start fine, but if the engine runs until hot and you turn it off it will not start until engine
cools for 1-5 minutes. The fuel pump is apx 2 years old. Anyone got any
ideas?

Aloha and welcome to the forum. The ingnitor may be going bad. (in the distributor) cheaper to get the whole distributor. Also check your fuel filter and check the pressure in the fuel rail. When was the last tune up.

Alot of the older Hondas, up untill 94-95 had problems with the Dizzy caps, especially if the cars were only ever driven short ditances, or were never allowed to completely warm up to full running temps! A new Dizzy should sort it!
