96 Accord EX Vtec loses power when you accelerate. The transmission shifts out fine under normal driving conditions. When you accelerate to pass somoeone or accelerate hard off a dead stop it has no power. I changed the upper shift solenoid but this did not help. New throttle body and Map sensor also. Timing belt tune with water pump has been done and all new ignition system. Plugs, wires etc.. It feels like the car is starving for gas or air under a heavy load. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You didn't mention Fuel filter or injecters.
