Honda Accord 2005 2 door coupe LX. Passenger window had not been working for some time, would not go up or down.

Replaced window regulator/motor with a new one from dealer. Still would not work so master window switch was replaced with a used one.

Everything now works(both windows, side mirror controls) but key remote no longer locks/unlocks doors or opens trunk. Battery is good. Is there a fuse that might have blown? Is there some programming that needs to be done?
I have an ignition key with the lock/unlock/trunk buttons.

If it were a fuse it would not work some of the time,look for a loose power supply or ground.
