Default New rod bearings have holes and stock ones do not. This ok?

So I'm replacing the rod bearings in my 1999 Civic SI(b16A2). The King bearings I ordered have holes in them wereas my stock ones do not. It's the weekend so can't get a response if it's ok to use them or if they should be returned for ones without holes. Thank you for any info you all have.

welcome to the forum. the hole in the center is to allow better lube to the bearing. if' do not feel comfortable to put them in, you can alwasys ask the vendor to replace with no holes in bearing.
