Default Oh my Radiator!!!

I think it was 3 weeks ago when my radiator choked on me. It overheat for about the Nth time already. Larry, my ever reliable neighbor, pointed out to me that the coolants leaks out to what seemed like garden sprinkler holes! I never knew it could do that. I saw great auto radiators at a website. Now my question is, ahem, how do you get freakin' holes that many!!!

Aloha and welcome to the forum. I had a few leaks on my 90 accord, car at the time was 8 yrs old, mom gave me the car and we shipped it from hnl. The lower parts of the radiator is open to the road water kicked up by cars infront, the water has mild salt solution from the ocean, and it ate away like a cancer and produced many small leaks. So I picked up a new Rad for 125.00 and installed it. Also not changing the anti freeze for a long period of time eats the inside or corrodes the inside. If you have a good stable radiator shop in business for a long time and good reports from consumers get them to change it out.

Thanx acmech52. So I see. Well to be honest all I know is to put water and solution to the rad. I'll constantly check my new rad...
