I have an 01 Crv, I had the auto trans completely rebuilt 30 miles (about 1.5 years) ago. Now I have code P0730, and periodically, it will rev higher but not accelerate.
I'm bringing it back tomorrow to the place that rebuilt it to see what they tell me.
I checked the fluid, it is full, but on the brownish side. Definitely not red/pink.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to what these guys may have overlooked/not done correctly, or is this just bad luck.

not bad luck, depends on who did the overhaul, usually there is a warranty on the transmission. sometimes there is gasket material or carbon that floats in the transmissionn after overhaul and a small screen gets clogged up.
