weird beeping noises ive never heard of...

Default weird beeping noises ive never heard of...
a buddy of mine has an 88' prelude si its making a really weird beeping noise when he turns in on. no lights in the cluster come up and runs running fine. anyone got any suggestions on what this could be. he says it beeps 7 times stops and then 3 times????

welcome to the forum, I would be guessing at seat belt warning, or fuel shut off, or door open warning.
