03 Accord shakes at idle

I have an 03 Accord coupe with 143K miles that runs incredibly smooth yet shakes at idle at red lights. Already replaced the motor mounts but still shakes annoyingly. Any ideas???

Does it do it with the A/C on? Or all the time? If all the time I would start with an injector cleaner, and throttle body cleaning.

new motor mounts have a break in period so if it was the mounts they will get softer over time as long as there rubber and not polyurethane.

You have replaced the engine mounts, but are they oem? Also did they tighten the nut and bolts correctly?
