Question 2 problems...please help

I have a 1990 Honda Accord Lx Coupe. I have two problems.

One the electric seat belt is stuck (in open door position). I need to get it unstuck.

Second One...I can drive it and everything is fine. I can drive it and cut it off & it not crank back until something cools off.

ANY SUGGESTIONS

The seat belt thing you may need to get a new one or a salvage one. Maybe just a fuse.

The starting problem maybe the temp sensor.

welcome to the forum. the door open seat belt position may be the drive motor not working or sticking, I beleive it is located in the door center post if you go to autozone.com or to hondaautomotiveparts.com and go to the repair and door it will show you a diagram of the motor.. before you change it, check to see if youhave power to the door motor.
On the engine not starting after warm, it usually is the main relay. when warm after start and driven then shut down, will have to wait awhile 10-15 minutes before it will restart.

yes the relay is a common thing, and is the seat belt, and a lot more minor items, but is a great car for mods and fun to drive. Just remember, it does not have air bags, so don't drive faster than your Guardian Angel can fly!!

is the day warm?, with the windows closed? this would cause the relay to not allow the start. I do take it that the engine turns over but not start. And the battery is at full charge or close to it.

go to autozone.com and register your car for free, and go to component location, after you locatedyour part and it tell you where it is, go to hondaautomotiveparts.com and locate the relay under electrical.
