20" by 20" DC decal on my windshield.
Has anyone ever been pulled over for a decal on their windshield? if so did you get a ticket? or just asked to take it off.
I'm just a little cautious now that i'm noticing how...noticeable it is. I don't want to attract unneeded attention. I'm wondering if it would be one of those things they'd add to your list if you got caught speeding or something. Not something they'd pull you over for the first time?

If the decal is across the back windshield, as long as you have both outside side mirrors there should be no problems. If the decal is derogatory, or offensive in nature, a peace officer can stop you. If you are a young driver in a "Honda" you may be stopped for driving a "Honda" If you don't want any kind of problem, take the decal off if it"s not important. If the decal is across the front windsheld then you will have the peace officer stopping you, to question.

In Georgia,if the sticker or tint is lower than 6" from the top of your car or obstructs vision in any way, it's illegal. I have never given a citation for a windshield violation, but wouldn't hesitate to pull a car over if I felt it was dangerous.
