Default 2003 Honda Accord is slipping

2003 Honda Accord 4 cylinder. The issue is that the transmission slips. Now there is more to it than that. I can drive it for around 20 minutes no issue at all. And on the highway I can go much longer. After it drives for a while I’ll stop and then start to go again and then it tends to slip out of gear and rev really high. So I will immediately turn the car off and then back on and then it’s totally fine again for another similar loop…. Now I changed the transmission fluid yesterday to look for metal shavings and there was NONE. And barely any at all on the magnet… fluid was in good condition but we went ahead and out fresh in there anyways. So I do not think it’s tranny related. I think it’s a solenoid or electrical issue.. I tested the shift solenoid yesterday as well, and it worked great 30+ times in a row. But it probably goes 5000+ times before my car stops working so do you think it could still be this for any reason? Any ideas of what it could be or if its possible for it to be the shift solenoid? Thanks !

IDK, guessing, ...
Could the wiring harness to the solenoids be frayed or rubbing against something?
That would give you the intermittent occurrence issue?

welcome to the forum. when you changed the transmission fluid, what fluid did you use...if anything but honda transmission fluid only, change it back to Honda only fluid.

Could it be maybe something with the Speed Sensor?
Pretty easy to test. maybe you could try that. Wouldnt hurt.
Good luck
