Just purchased a 2014 EXLV6 and when I try and activate the factory XM, I tune to channel 1 and the XM says "loading" then "No Signal". XM is sending the activation signal so it is not on their side.

I saw another post where it was the shark antenna. Has anyone else troubleshooted this? The dealer wants 125 bucks to take a look at it.

Anyone have photos or diagrams on where the XM Receiver is located and where the antenna connects to it? Any suggestions on how to isolate where the problem is? I ran the diagnostics (where you hold the three buttons down and get into the diagnostics mode) and the XM part passes.
