Angry 2018 Ody SirusXM no signal / no sound

I have had issues with my Sirius XM radio since bought. Get No Signal message on display or get the correct Sirius channel displayed but no sound. Sound comes and goes. Anyone seen this before?

welcome to the forum only thing i could suggest is to have what is going wrong to record it by face time or video so the dealer can see what is happening to fix it. and open up a dialog so they cannot just allow it to not be fixed proper.

I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey I have also been experiencing No signal with my Sirius for the past month, I made many calls to Sirius with many Re-sets by them, still no signal, My car was due for service today so I added it to the service request. The Honda service manager said they needed to do an investigation for $149.00 to see what the problem was.(I do not have an extended warranty) Now they are saying the antenna needs replacement for a cost of $53.00 for the antenna part and $650.00 for labor. I said that is crazy how could an antenna need replacement when I have not even replaced my tires yet. He had no explanation, of why it would be inoperable. but that he has been seeing this happening more and more. I am going to be contacting Honda directly to see why so many of these antennas are having issues. This is totally unacceptable. I will cancel my Sirius before I replace the antenna for $700.00.

Default 2018 Ody SirusXM no signal / no sound - new antenna fixed

I finally convinced the dealer to replace the XM antenna. That seems to have fixed the issue. Been working now for 4 weeks with no issues.
